A Procedure Is Only As Good As The Strategy Around It

The success of regenerative medicine depends on more than what is inside a syringe.
It depends on selecting the right patient, identifying the actual source of symptoms, choosing an appropriate treatment, placing it accurately, preparing the body to heal, setting realistic expectations, and supporting the recovery process.

Our model was built around every one of those decisions.

The Solt Medical Model™

The Solt Medical Model™ is a patient-centered framework built on four basic principles: investigate thoroughly, customize intelligently, educate clearly, and support consistently.

We do not view pain as an isolated complaint or stem cell therapy as a stand-alone transaction.

We look at the complete picture and determine what must be true for a treatment to have a reasonable opportunity to help.

1. Investigate

We review the history of the problem, prior diagnoses, previous treatments, imaging, symptoms, functional limitations, medical history, medications, and goals. When needed, we perform a focused physical and ultrasound assessment.

2. Identify The Pain Generator

Treating the place that hurts is not always the same as treating the structure causing the problem. We look for the joint, tendon, ligament, nerve, fascia, or other structure most likely to be driving symptoms.

3. Assess The Healing Environment

Recovery may be affected by nutrition, sleep, metabolic health, hormones, medications, smoking, alcohol, activity load, chronic inflammation, stress, and other health conditions. We address relevant issues without turning every patient into an endless optimization project.

4. Select The Treatment

We compare the reasonable options and recommend the one that best fits the anatomy, goals, evidence, risk tolerance, budget, and regulatory considerations.

5. Deliver With Precision

Musculoskeletal procedures are performed under ultrasound guidance so the provider can visualize relevant anatomy in real time.

6. Prepare & Educate

Patients receive practical guidance before and after the procedure through our online learning platform and clinical team.

7. Follow The Recovery

We track progress over time, help patients interpret normal phases of recovery, and discuss next steps when the response differs from what was expected.

Why We Usually Begin With One Treatment

We generally prefer to begin with one thoughtfully selected treatment and then observe the response over an appropriate healing timeline.

Automatically selling a package of repeated procedures before seeing how a patient responds can create unnecessary cost and may obscure whether the first treatment was appropriate. Additional treatment may be discussed later when there is a clear rationale.

The Goal Is Not To Keep You Coming Back Forever

We appreciate long-term relationships with our patients, but the goal of a regenerative procedure is greater independence, not dependence on the clinic.

When treatment works well, we are happy to see you return to your life. When it does not produce the expected response, we investigate why rather than reflexively repeating the same thing.
