Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you get the stem cells from?
All of our regenerative injections are ethically sourced! Whether we are taking them from your own body (via fat, bone marrow, or blood), or utilizing a donor tissue (placenta, umbilical cord, amniotic fluid), you can be assured that there is zero harm involved! During your consultation, our doctor will discuss with you what is going to be best suited to your unique and individual case. We believe in offering ALL possible regenerative injections because it gives us the unique ability to create truly customized treatments.
How many treatments will I need?
We generally only ever start with one, except in very special circumstances. This is because we need to see how you do! If you make a dramatic recovery of 80-100% after single treatment, we are happy to never see you again 🙂 Of course, we adore all of our patients, but our goal is always goodbye! Should you receive less than 80% improvement after the first session, we will discuss the possibility of another treatment, and what that treatment may be. Sometimes it is a different approach altogether. Remember, we always customize to YOU. There are no one-size-fits-all approaches with us.
When will I see results?
This is arguably the most important question! The first thing we need to understand is that regenerative medicine is actually healing the area. Which means, it takes time. This is not like a drug where something changes quickly but also produces a ton of side effects. What this means is that some patience is involved as we are at the mercy of the healing cycle. We go into this in great detail in your online learning platform, but the short answer is, most people see results in 6-12 weeks, with the most changes occurring around 6 months. Regeneration can continue for at least 1 year according to the literature.
How do you do your injections?
All of our musculoskeletal injections are performed under ultrasound guidance. This allows a level of safety and precision that we believe our patients deserve. While palpation-only injections can still be safe and effective with the right practitioner, we prefer to go the extra mile and ensure accuracy. The ultrasound allows us to see all pertinent structures like ligaments, muscle, nerve, and bone, and even the stuff we want to avoid like veins and arteries!
How do stem cells actually work?
We love getting this question as it means patients are becoming more curious about the power of this medicine! This is why Dr. Solt has an entire module created within the program specifically to teach you exactly about stem cell science in a way that is easy for anyone to understand. We can’t wait for you to see it! Click Here to Learn More
What are my pre and post procedure instructions?
These are built into the online learning platform you will receive access to! We hold your hand every step of the way and will likely be answering your questions either right before or as soon as they come up. Our approach was designed with YOU in mind, to make the process not only educational, but extremely practical and easy. These instructions will include everything from medications & supplements, to sleep & diet, and even movement and mindset work! We guarantee that this is the most holistic and comprehensive approach in the field of regenerative medicine so that our patients get to truly experience whole body healing.
My friend had stem cells done and they didn't work. How do I know they'll work for me?
There are a few things to unpack here. First being, we would have to know exactly what your friend received. Sometimes, practitioners will say “stem cells”, but in fact, that is not what was given – and this is important because only stem cells can behave like stem cells. Second, we would have to know how they were assessed and how the injection was performed. If their practitioner did not do a thorough evaluation (for us, this includes your candidacy, medical history, imaging review, and a physical exam), it is likely they missed treating the ‘pain generator’. If the pain generator is not treated, the pain likely does not go away. Third, we do all the things just mentioned to all but guarantee some results will be seen. There are extremely rare cases where someone is simply a non responder, but we have only had less than a handful of those in the thousands of patients we have treated. Finally, we are selective about who we work with. We will only accept cases that we truly believe we can help and that are deemed good candidates for treatment. Putting our name behind a treatment means we believe you will be a walking testimonial for us.
Do you offer payment plans?
In general, we take either a $500 or $1500 deposit via credit card to select your procedure date and begin your program enrollment, depending on what your total package fee is. After that, the balance is due on the day of your procedure. Should your quote be over $5000 and you want to break up the balance into easy monthly payments with flexible terms, we will refer you to our funding company, Eaze. They can get you started via a soft pull with income verification of $40k or more annually, a credit score of 620 and above, and 8 months of employment history. Usually, monthly payments come out to $400 or less, and there are no prepayment penalties.
I live out of state. What are my travel requirements?
We love our out of state guests and welcome many of you into our practice every single year. It is our recommendation that you arrive the day before your procedure, stay for the full day of the procedure (you are usually in the office for 1.5-3hrs), and at minimum leave the day after the procedure. We can provide information regarding what airport to fly into and nearby hotels that are a convenient location from the clinic, but we do not act as a travel agent to book anything for you. All follow up calls can be done via phone.
How soon can I get this done?
We book your procedure out a minimum of 3 weeks. This is for 2 reasons: 1) that is usually how far out we are booked, and 2) we need a minimum of 2-3 weeks to take you through our program and intake process. Remember, your whole body healing and transformation is the most important thing to us. And we don’t want to rush a good thing 🙂 You can select your procedure date during your 20 min call with one of our providers, so have a few dates in mind for that timeline before you jump on the phone! After that, a deposit is securely taken and you will enroll immediately into the program so that you can get started right away!
Your clinic comes highly recommended, what else do I need to know about you?
Chances are, you found our clinic because of social media, Google, podcast interviews, or as a referral from a trusted person in your network. This means you might not know a lot about us or how our office provides care, so let us take you through a few key things:
1) We are highly experienced. Our providers have a cumulative over 15 years experience in regenerative medicine.
2) Our providers are highly skilled. Since injections are almost all we do, it is very much assumed there is a great deal of experience behind each injection. Beyond that, we utilize a high quality ultrasound machine to guide nearly every single injection we do to ensure safety & precision.
3) We genuinely care about you and your results. You aren’t just another number with us. Our whole team is always fully invested in our patients and their healing journeys.
You are in good hands with our clinic.
About Our Services
Stem Cell Therapy
Stem cell therapy, unlike many other treatment methods available today, comes with a fairly high share of benefits. The autologous stem cells are not foreign bodies that are introduced into the system like antibiotics. Stem cells have the ability to repair and regenerate which makes it highly beneficial for them to heal highly damaged organs and tissues.
Pain Relief Injections
Are you struggling with pain that hinders your abilities on a day to day basis? If so, pain relief injections are the solution for you. While needles can be intimidating, our highly trained staff are ready to work with your comfort level and provide high quality stress free service.
IV Nutritional Therapy
Some times patients experience an imballance of general nutrients within their bodies. IV therapy introduces a balanced supplemental approach to your health needs. Discover the imbalance and let our team create a treatment program that will have you feeling your best.
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
BHRT is typically used as people age and hormone levels drop, particularly for women who are in perimenopause or menopause, as well as men who are experiencing the effects of aging. It’s used to increase the levels of the hormones that have dropped and improve moderate to severe menopause or adropause symptoms, including:
1. Hot flashes and night sweats
2. Fatigue and low motivation
3. Mood changes, including depression and anxiety
4. Memory loss and overall decreased cognition
5. Weight gain and/or muscle loss
6. Sleep issues
7. Loss of interest in sex or pain/dysfunction during sex
Growth Factor Therapy
There are several different types of growth factors produced in the body, including:
- Epidermal growth factor (EGF): Stimulates the growth of fibroblasts, which are the cells that build collagen.
- Keratinocyte growth factor (KGF): Promotes the growth of keratinocytes, which secrete the protein keratin.
- Transforming growth factors (TGF): Promotes the growth of new blood vessels to create the proper supply of blood flow to a healing wound.
- Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF): Encourages the growth of angiogenesis, or new blood vessels.
- Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF): Attracts fibroblasts and macrophages to the area of injured tissue.
We can harness the power of these growth factors for healing various issues through therapies like PRP, amniotic allograft, and umbilical cord products.
